Not gonna miss this one! For :iconpkmn-contests: most recent competition, the resort area. I've discovered that it is really hard to come up with interesting poses for a Venusaur. After doodling a bunch of silly sketches, I ended up with one doing a handstand and couldn't resist using it.

Boris' hidden power is of the fire type, allowing him to produce and control floating spheres of flame. These spin slowly around him, reflecting beautifully off the waters of one of the resort's many crystal clear springs, and providing appropriate lighting for his performance.

Also, he is secretly a circus performer and keeps an extremely buoyant beach ball around at all times. Just for occasions like this.
